What is the purpose of the 3P Application?

3P Application serves Telekom Kosovo customers by offering them credit up to 3 Euros (recharge or internet, with VAT) without any additional fees.

How does the 3P Application function?

In case you need a recharge or internet through the 3P application, you will select the service you require, confirm your request, and within a few seconds, you will receive the VALA service you have requested. Your account balance will be deducted by the requested amount.

How can the credit be repaid?

To repay the borrowed credit, all you need to do is make a recharge or receive a transfer from another user where the credit is automatically settled.

When can customers receive credit?

• You do not have any other unpaid credit
• You have been a Telekom Kosovo customer for 3 months or more

What is the payment cost for customers when using 3P services?

Telekom Kosovo customers pay the same price based on what they have borrowed. There are no additional costs for the service which is 0 (Zero) Euros.
