EX Vision, which provides real-time traffic information and ADAS services, aims to enhance the communication of road situations through the recently updated 'Video Sharing Feature'.

Update Notice for September 2019: Video Sharing Functionality

• This service allows users to upload videos captured using the EX Vision dashboard camera and videos taken with their smartphones onto a map.
• Through this feature, users can share various road situations with the EX Vision community, fostering a more vivid representation of current road conditions.
• The effectiveness of this feature relies on user participation; the more videos are uploaded, the more information will be available to all users.
• The video functionality update will be carried out in September 2019!

February 2019 Update Summary:

• Process Management Improvements - Issues related to CPU resource management have been identified, leading to excessive resource usage. Corrections are underway.
• Expanded Real-Time Traffic Information - Support will extend beyond highways to include national roads. Traffic information will now be separated from the ADAS menu for more focused use.
• Window Mode Execution - Users can run T map while simultaneously accessing all EX Vision functionalities. Pressing the home button activates window mode, allowing full access to both ADAS features and real-time traffic information.

Delivering Real-Time Road Conditions:

• EX Vision provides over 22 types of real-time road information across motorways nationwide.

Introducing ADAS Functions:

• ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) Features:
• • Forward Collision Warning (operates above 30 km/h)
  • Lane Departure Warning (operates above 60 km/h)
  • Pedestrian Warning (operates below 30 km/h: partial implementation)

Real-Time Road Information Includes:

• Accidents, breakdowns, obstacles, work zones, traffic increases/congestion, fires, rain, snowfall, icy road conditions, fog, hazardous material releases, earthquakes, etc.
• Information on motorways and outer circular roads is also provided.

Black Box Video Recording Information:

EX Vision is equipped with a black box function designed to record incident situations.

• If a shock occurs at 25 minutes and 30 seconds: recording spans from 25 minutes to 25 minutes and 59 seconds.
• If a shock occurs at 25 minutes and 1 second: recording spans from 25 minutes to 25 minutes and 59 seconds.

T map and Kakao Navigation Simultaneous Execution Instructions:

• Tmap, Atlan, Kakao Navigation, and Naver Navigation integration instructions:
• • Launch Tmap, Atlan, Kakao Navigation, or Naver Navigation in advance and run in the background.
  • Then execute EX Vision while driving.
