• Capture data for outdoor runs, indoor runs, cycling, and other activities via mobile tracking.
• Utilize the weekly activity report to summarize your exercise data and caloric expenditure, promoting a healthier lifestyle.
• Share your fitness accomplishments with friends to encourage mutual support and motivation.

Upon connecting to the vivo WATCH, additional features become available:

• Smart integration of step tracking between the watch and mobile device enhances accuracy in recording activity.
• Access a comprehensive overview of all supported exercise types on the watch.
• Monitor daily sleep patterns including deep sleep, light sleep, rapid eye movement (REM), and waking periods, along with a scoring system for sleep quality.
• Optionally record 24-hour heart rate variations to maintain awareness of your overall health condition.

The application also supports Apple’s HealthKit. Once authorized, users can view their data in the Health app, which currently accommodates the following metrics: steps, active energy expenditure, height, weight, sleep statistics, and heart rate.
