Who is MEDADOM for?

The MEDADOM teleconsultation service is available to anyone from the age of 3 onwards with a pressing non-urgent medical need. Teleconsultation is suitable for conditions such as:

• Dizziness
• Nausea
• Abdominal pain
• Vomiting
• Diarrhea / constipation
• Otitis

What are the contraindications of MEDADOM?

MEDADOM is not suitable for pediatric needs for children under 3 years old or for emergency services.

How does MEDADOM work?

Log into your patient portal from your smartphone, tablet, or computer to instantly consult a doctor. After providing your medical information (or that of the person you are accompanying) and entering your vital card details, you can launch the teleconsultation. A doctor will attend to you for a remote medical consultation and provide a diagnosis if conditions permit. They will advise you on addressing your health concern or specialists to consult. You will find the details in your secure personal portal.

MEDADOM, payment, and reimbursement

MEDADOM applies standard sector 1 consultation fees (with surcharges on weekends, evenings, and holidays) with third-party payer arrangements. This means that teleconsultations are covered by social security just like in-office consultations. The remaining amount is reimbursed by your health insurance provider.

MEDADOM's doctors answering your queries are all registered with the Medical Council, work in person and via teleconsultation at partner health centers. They receive training from the medical department and regularly exchange knowledge to enhance their practice.
