For instance, if you apply for a loan of COP $1,000,000 to be repaid over 90 days, the following fees would apply: an annual interest charge of 24.82%, a fixed administration fee of COP $1,600, a service charge of COP $300 per day borrowed, and the corresponding value-added tax (19% applied to the total administration and service fees). Upon settling the debt after 90 days, your total payment would be as follows: Interest: COP $61,200; Administration fee: COP $1,600; Service charge: COP $27,000; VAT: COP $5,434; resulting in a total repayment amount of COP $1,095,234.
