How to Use Stamps:

• You can use up to 3 stamps per day.
• You can change stamps in the settings tab.
• Usage will vary for each person, so please refer to the following examples:

Examples:

• If you resist your favorite cake, select the cake stamp. Press the stamp when you resist the cake.
• If you decide to go running, select the running stamp. Press the stamp after going for a run.
• If you start yoga lessons, select the yoga stamp. Press the stamp after attending the yoga session.

Please use it according to your own situation. Also, automatic monthly aggregation is done from the diary screen.

About App Backup and Device Changes:

The app itself does not have a backup or transfer function. However, you can transfer (backup) using the data transfer function standard on iPhone (iOS).
