This app provides a variety of services such as contract inquiries, loans, insurance claims, all conveniently accessible in designated zones. These include the Life Zone for managing contracts and viewing daily horoscopes and the Play Zone for tracking everyday emotions.

• Services in the Life Zone:
  • Insurance Contract Inquiry: check various insurance contract details including variable insurance, transaction history, and additional document submissions.
  • Insurance Claims: guidance on accident insurance claims submission, estimates, and different types of insurance claims application.
  • Loans: apply for or repay insurance policy loans and credit loans.
  • Premium Payment: options for paying insurance premiums and applying for virtual accounts.
  • Insurance Policy Changes: modify funds, contract information (name correction, change of involved parties, contract amendments), and other details like renewal updates or withdrawal requests.
  • Customer Information Management: access/modify customer data, marketing preferences, account details, digital service registrations, withdrawal limit changes, and changing Financial Centers.
  • Issuance of various certificates.
  • Pension Plans: check enrollment status, change plan details (contribution rate adjustments, investment product modifications), manage deposits/withdrawals, apply/view pension commencements, participate in IRP/DC programs, set default options.
