[Troubleshooting App Installation or Update]

1. Check available storage space on your device:
   • The reason for the update failure may be insufficient storage space on your device (less than 1GB), which may prevent the update or installation. If you have insufficient storage space, try deleting photos, videos, or unused apps to free up space before updating (or installing) the SayBaby app.
   • How to check storage space:
     1. Launch the default "Settings" app on your phone.
     2. Select the "Storage" menu.
     3. Check the "Available Space".
2. Delete cache and data for Google Play Store app:
   • If the app update or installation fails, try deleting cache and data for the Google Play Store app before updating (or installing) the SayBaby app.
   • How to delete cache and data:
     1. Launch the default "Settings" app on your phone.
     2. Select "Apps" or "Application Manager" (may vary depending on the device).
     3. Select "Google Play Store app".
     4. Select "Clear Cache".
     5. Select "Clear Data".
3. Reinstall Play Store update:
   • After reinstalling the Google Play Store app to the latest version, update (or install) the SayBaby app.
   • How to reinstall Play Store update:
     1. Launch the default "Settings" app on your phone.
     2. Select "Apps" or "Application Manager" (may vary depending on the device).
     3. Select "Google Play Store app".
     4. Select "Uninstall Updates".
     5. If a message appears asking to revert Play Store app to the initial version, select "Confirm".
     6. Open the "Play Store" app from the home screen's app drawer.

• Ultrasound Images/Videos: View live ultrasound images/videos taken at SayBaby service hospitals anytime, anywhere. Easily share your child's ultrasound with family and friends via KakaoTalk, Facebook, Twitter, SMS, etc.
• Diary: Record diary entries (notes), voice recordings, and photos for your child. We will assist you in creating beautiful memories of your precious baby.
• Community: We have added a new community forum where you can share pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting tips with other SayBaby moms. Share useful information and connect with other moms.
• Pregnancy/Parenting Info: Easily access pregnancy/parenting information based on your due date. (Try selecting your gestational age by tapping on the ultrasound tab.)
