AP Dupin Co., Ltd. is a financial product sales agent and intermediary registered with the Financial Services Commission (online loan recruitment company) (Registration Number: 2022-007).

AP Dupin Co., Ltd. has entered into entrustment contracts for loan recruitment operations with various financial institutions (Shinhan Bank, Hana Bank, Woori Bank, Korea Investment & Savings Bank, JT Friend Savings Bank, OSB Savings Bank, Sangsang In Savings Bank, Koryo Savings Bank, Yungchang Savings Bank, OK Savings Bank, BNK Savings Bank , Daol Savings Bank, NH Savings Bank, Welcome Savings Bank, Kiwoom Savings Bank, MoA Savings Bank, Anyang Savings Bank, Yegaram Savings Bank, Pepper...Shrine Capital, Korea Capital, BNK Capital, JB Our Capital Together Apps, Daon Funding , FM Funding, Wi Funds, 8%, People Funds, Hanwha Life) as a financial product sales agent and intermediary (online loan recruitment company).

• The AP Dupin loan comparison service is provided only for loan products of affiliated financial institutions with which AP Dupin has entered into entrustment contracts related to online loan recruitment. It does not cover all loan products of all financial companies.

AP Dupin does not directly approve loans or enter into loan agreements. Affiliated financial institutions handle customer approval and loan contracts through loan reviews. Repayment period and interest rates vary depending on the affiliated financial institution's loan products.

The credit information inquiry conducted by AP Dupin to confirm loan eligibility and interest rates does not impact individual credit scores. However, excessive inquiries for loan eligibility and interest rates from multiple financial institutions or platforms in a short period may affect loan possibilities.

When using loan products, simply entering into a loan agreement can lower individual credit scores. A decrease in personal credit ratings can lead to disadvantages in using loans and engaging in financial transactions with other financial companies.

If principal and interest payments that need to be made within a certain period are delayed, the obligation to repay all principal and interest before the contract expires may occur.

AP Dupin does not receive any financial compensation from financial consumers for loan contracts or execution related to this service. It does not collect loan interests or principal repayments on behalf of financial institutions.

The standard commission rate paid by affiliated financial institutions can be verified on each financial institution's website.

AP Dupin complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information concerning privacy protection law during service operation. The credit information and personal information provided by customers are held and managed by affiliated financial institutions for loan agreements.

In relation to this service, financial consumers have the right to claim compensation from affiliated financial companies or AP Dupin as a financial product direct sales operator or sales agent/intermediary according to Articles 44 and 45 of the Financial Consumer Protection Act.

Under Article 19 Paragraph 1 of the Act on Financial Consumer Protection, general financial consumers have the right to receive sufficient explanations regarding relevant financial products or services. Before entering into a loan contract, please read the product description and terms.

Affiliated company interest rates range from a minimum of 3.0% to a maximum of 20.0% annually, while repayment periods range from a minimum of 12 months to a maximum of 120 months.

Loan Repayment Example: When executing an equal principal payment loan of 1 million won at an annual interest rate of 5.2% for 12 months, the total repayment amount is 1,028,390 won with a monthly payment of 85,699 won.
