The Citizen Complaint Center is an online communication platform where citizens can submit all their complaints, citizen suggestions, and policy discussions to the government. It is connected to all administrative institutions (central ministries, local governments, educational offices), the judiciary, and major public agencies, and is operated by the National Human Rights Commission.

Main Features:

• Complaints and Policy Q&A: Provides simple and detailed search functionalities to find answers to complaints and policy inquiries.
• Submit and track complaints and suggestions: Allows users to submit complaints and suggestions and easily track the status of their submissions in the app.
• View public suggestions: Offers the ability to search for and view submitted suggestions.

Permission Information:

[Required Permissions]

• Microphone: Used to enable voice input for submitting complaint titles and contents.
• Photos and Media: Used to allow attachment of photos or media files when submitting complaints.
• Phone: Used to check the device's status.
• Camera: Used to take photos or videos for attaching to complaints.

[Optional Permissions]

• Notifications: Used to display notifications.
• Location: Used to verify the location of the occurrence of complaints.

* Declining optional permissions may limit the functionality of certain features.
