There are two methods to print from our multi-function copiers at Seven-Eleven:

1. Using a QR code:
Select and register the file you want to print from the app. Show the "QR code" from the app. Visit the nearest Seven-Eleven and scan the "QR code" at the multi-function copier.
2. Using a reservation number:
Select and register the file you want to print from the app. Check the "Print Reservation Number" in the app. Visit the nearest Seven-Eleven and enter the "Print Reservation Number" at the multi-function copier.

Please make payment for printing at the multi-function copier at Seven-Eleven.

App download and file registration are free of charge.

The expiration date of the print reservation number is until 23:59 of the day after the file registration date.

If you want to extend the print expiration date, please download the "netprint" app that requires membership registration. The print expiration date will then be 7 days after the file registration date. If you need time to print or want someone else to print using your reservation number, please download the "netprint" app.

Notes for use:

• The print expiration date is until 23:59 of the day after file registration. Please print before that. If the expiration date passes, you can register the file again for printing.
• The cost of communication is the customer's responsibility.
• This service is only available on multi-function copiers at Seven-Eleven stores in Japan.
• Service hours are 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, there is monthly maintenance.
