1. A complete redesign of the application interface was carried out to provide a distinctive and user-friendly experience for customers.
2. Facilitating access to primary and ancillary housing services.
3. Simplifying the housing application process and reducing the number of steps required to complete the application.
4. Reviewing the customer's favorite services, housing form data, and maintenance requests within the main information panel.
5. Ability to track the status of housing applications and view maintenance requests for ready-made houses without the need to log in.
6. Access to the construction cost calculator and loan calculator without requiring a login.
7. Integrating login using digital identity or Emirates ID for customers, while contractors can log in using their account (username and password) or via a one-time password.
8. A dedicated section in the application provides features for people with various abilities: font size adjustments, app color changes, and a news reader engine, among others.
9. Improving the search engine performance and adding a voice search feature for easier and faster access to the required services.
