The mobile application Hitas provides a comprehensive set of Jewish knowledge for daily use. Even without internet access, texts from books and sections of Torah (Chumash), Tanya, Tehillim, Hayom Yom, Rambam Book of Commandments and Mishneh Torah, Mishnah, Jewish philosophy, and Hasidic stories are readily available to you. All materials are divided into sections and loaded onto your smartphone according to the calendar. The texts of Chumash, Tanya, Tehillim, and Hayom Yom sections are pre-installed in the application, allowing you to read excerpts for any day even without an internet connection. New texts for the other sections will be automatically loaded once you are in a Wi-Fi zone or agree to download updates using mobile internet.

You can read excerpts for the current day or any other day far into the past or future. You have the option to choose your preferred language: Russian, Hebrew, or both! This feature is invaluable for individuals with varying levels of Hebrew proficiency. Furthermore, all texts are designed so that you always have an exact paragraph-by-paragraph alignment of the Russian and Hebrew texts. This makes studying the books much more convenient!

The Chumash book offers unique reading features based on whether you are in Israel or abroad. The application will automatically detect your location and display the relevant excerpts for each day accordingly.

Customize the application to suit your preferences by choosing color schemes, font type and size, and screen brightness. For bedtime reading, a color scheme with a dark background is provided.
