MovilCoop is a service that provides members of the Cooperative with convenient and secure access to their accounts via mobile devices. To begin using this service, users need to download the app and log in using their Home Banking credentials. It is important to note that those not enrolled in the Home Banking service must register before utilizing MovilCoop.

The functionality offered by this service includes:

• View balances and details of all accounts
• Access information on loans, including balances and details
• Review certificates with balance and detail information
• Historical data for all accounts and loans
• Access details regarding credit card balances
• Information on debit cards
• Transfer funds between personal accounts
• Transfer funds to preconfigured external accounts
• Loan repayment options
• Bill payments to merchants
• Credit card payment capabilities
• Historical payment information for merchant bills
• Status of checks with payment stops
• Information on Cooperative branches and ATMs
• Assistance in directing users to the most convenient branch

Similar to the Home Banking service, all information, balances, and transactions conducted through MovilCoop are updated in real-time. Additionally, for user peace of mind, all transactions occur within a secure environment (SSL) supported by 128-bit encryption. This ensures that all data exchanged is protected through advanced encryption algorithms.
