Operating with a 2.2% default rate for the 2023 portfolio generation, JetLend facilitates direct online lending from individuals and institutional investors to businesses. This method aligns with the challenges faced by small and medium enterprises in accessing timely financing, while also serving the needs of investors seeking higher returns beyond traditional investments like deposits, real estate, and securities.

The Central Bank established a registry of investment platform operators, including JetLend, which was officially listed on December 21, 2020.
