Financial Transaction Guide

• If you are using the mobile customer service for the first time, you must agree to the financial transaction terms and conditions through authentication with a public key certificate.
• 01 Authentication Center > Move to Public Key Certificate Management Menu: When entering the 'Authentication Center > Public Key Certificate Management' menu, touch the 'Register' button.
• 02 Consent and Personal Information Input: After completing the consent, enter your name and resident registration number, then touch the 'Identity Verification' button.
• 03 Public Key Certificate Selection and Password Input: Select the target public key certificate, enter the password, and complete the public key certificate authentication.
• 04 Public Key Certificate Registration Complete: Upon successful registration of the public key certificate, you can log in to financial transaction member services using that certificate.

• 01 My Comprehensive Information: Access customer service contact information, insurance subscription status, outstanding insurance claims, and private asset information.
• 02 Insurance Contract Inquiry: View contract details, subscription history, coverage details, payment history, and savings details of your held contracts.
• 03 Automatic Transfer Management: Apply for or cancel insurance premium auto-debits and insurance contract loan principal and interest auto-debits.
• 04 Customer Address/Contact Change: View and update customer address/contact information, information on receiving notices, and refusal of receipt information.
• 05 Bulk Change of Financial Transaction Addresses: Request bulk change of address information registered with DGB Life for customers to other financial institutions.
• 06 Marketing Consent: Request or withdraw consent for collecting/using/viewing/providing personal (credit) information for business purposes.
