This service is designed to facilitate electronic registration use within financial institutions and to support the digitalization of registration tasks handled by legal representatives. The [Electronic Signature Bank] application is operated specifically for financial institutions and legal professionals utilizing the [Electronic Legal Platform LegalMe] services provided by Korea Trading Information Communications.

Procedure for Using [Electronic Signature Bank]

1. Select the transaction institution or type of transaction.
2. Choose a joint certification (formerly known as a public certification). If you do not have one, proceed to issue a new certificate.
   • ※ If no certificate exists, input the information provided by the transaction institution to obtain a new certificate.
3. Enter the document number provided by the transaction institution.
   • ※ Caution: Entering an incorrect document number more than five times will result in access restriction.
4. Review the documents and check the confirmation box for access.
5. Enter your password to apply an electronic signature.
6. Verify the completion status of the electronic signature.

Note: For savings banks, rural credit cooperatives, credit unions, certain insurance companies, and some capital companies, additional electronic signatures may be required through the [Internet Registration Office] application, following instructions provided by the transaction institution. If you have applied for a consumer loan, please confirm whether this process applies with your transaction representative or legal advisor.
