1. Shinhan Bank does not request full security card numbers or financial information due to security enhancements or app updates. Please be cautious of malicious apps impersonating Shinhan SOLBank by utilizing anti-phishing security settings. To prevent harmful app installations post Shinhan SOLBank installation, please deactivate 'Apps from Unknown Sources' in 'Settings>Security>.
2. To secure safer financial transactions, utilize Mobile OTP or major security center functionalities.
3. Full implementation of electronic financial fraud prevention services requires additional verification of customer information via contact numbers before major transactions. If your app is not updating correctly, delete the installed Shinhan SOLBank and reinstall it. Usage is not possible on smartphones/tablets that have undergone arbitrary modification (rooting).
