Bank Pay is an electronic payment app that allows users to make real-time bank or securities account transfers for purchasing goods at mobile shopping malls and Zero Pay franchise stores.

This service is provided by the Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearings Institute, a payment clearing institution that operates the financial shared network, and domestic banks (including many securities companies) in order to offer convenient and secure mobile payments.

[Permission and Purpose Information for Using Bank Pay App]

• Phone (required): Collects information such as device ID, terminal model name, OS version, and mobile phone number to identify users and detect fraudulent transactions
• Storage space (required): Manages public certification and stores electronic receipts
  (Storage space permission is only applicable to Android OS versions below 10)
• Others (required): Searches for running apps and terminates malicious apps for malware detection, network connections, etc.
• Camera (optional): QR code scanning
