The mobile app service "National Pension by My Side" from the National Pension Service is designed to provide key customer service features of the minwon.or.kr website in a convenient and fast mobile environment.

Main service features include:

1. Services for Individuals:
21 types of inquiry services, such as estimated retirement pension, finding national pension, and membership history 5 types of certificate fax issuance services, such as membership certificate and membership history certificate Electronic certificate issuance services from 14 government agencies and 50 types of other agencies, including the Ministry of Public Administration and Security's "Resident Registration and First Copy" 20 types of application services, such as pension claims, regional subscriber acquisition reports, and return/payment of additional contributions
2. Business Services:
11 types of inquiry, certificate issuance, and application services for businesses, such as regular determination of income based on workplace standards and membership certificates
3. Retirement Preparation Services:
6 types of services, including understanding my pension and comprehensive planning for retirement
4. Additional Services:
Services such as fax sending to the reporting center and the National Pension Service for qualification confirmation

Note: If the mobile app login does not display the Common Certificate that exists on your mobile phone, it may be due to changes in Android security policies. Previously, copying the Common Certificate once in a specific app made it immediately available in all apps, but after the change, the Common Certificate must be copied for each app individually. Therefore, if you have access to a PC, please copy the Common Certificate from the PC to the National Pension Service app by accessing the National Pension Service website and using the "Export Certificate to Mobile" feature at the bottom.
