The Fujian Student Financial Aid Management Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Aid Center") operates under the auspices of the Fujian Provincial Department of Education. The primary mission of the Aid Center is to support students from economically disadvantaged families in completing their education and to interrupt the cycle of poverty, which is one of the core tasks of educational poverty alleviation initiatives.

In alignment with the Ministry of Education's policies on "targeted aid" and "educational support," the Aid Center has undertaken research projects within the framework of the province's 13th Five-Year Plan. This includes establishing a precise work mechanism for financial aid, complemented by the development of a quantitative assessment index system for evaluating students' family economic situations.

Furthermore, in collaboration with Industrial Bank Consumer Finance Co., Ltd., the Aid Center has developed the "Fujian Student Aid" system. This platform aims to integrate the quantitative assessment index into a mobile service framework, thereby creating an information technology platform capable of covering all higher education institutions within Fujian Province. This platform consolidates functions such as information collection, review, and evaluation to facilitate accurate identification and verification processes. Additionally, both parties are committed to developing "Aid Treasure" into an online service platform that encompasses targeted financial support, educational assistance, the establishment of a campus integrity system, and measures against predatory online lending practices.
