With the app, you can complete the procedure in the shortest possible time without the hassle of sending documents by mail.

• Apply on the PayPay Bank website
• Launch the app
• Enter necessary information like login password to log in
• Take a photo of the personal number confirmation document with the camera
• Take a photo of the identity verification document and send
• After verifying the content, we will contact you to confirm completion via email

Procedures for Address Changes After Opening an Account

After applying for the procedure on the PayPay Bank website (or through our customer center), by taking a photo of identity verification documents with your smartphone camera, the application process will be completed. With the app, you can complete the procedure in the shortest possible time without sending documents by mail.

• Apply for the procedure on the PayPay Bank website (or request application at our customer center)
• Launch the app
• Enter the reference number issued during step 1 and your date of birth
• Take a photo of the identity verification document and send
• After verifying the content, we will contact you to confirm completion via email

Please Note:

- The documents available for use may vary depending on the procedure.

For Investment Trust Procedures:

Identity Verification Documents: Driver's license, health insurance card (card type), My Number Card
Personal Number Confirmation Documents: My Number Card, notification card
- If you have already notified us of your personal number, there is no need to take photos or send personal number confirmation documents.
- The My Number Card serves as both an identity verification document and personal number confirmation document, so the process can be completed in one photo.

For Address Changes Procedures:

Driver's license, My Number Card
If using other identity verification documents, this app cannot be used.
- Available only for individual customers or individual business owners. For corporate customers, please proceed through our website.
- Reflections of light on photographed materials or backgrounds with patterns, as well as photos taken at an angle, may cause difficulties in recognition. To facilitate the process, minimize light reflections and ensure that your smartphone and documents are horizontally positioned during photography.
