In the Frisbi24 app, you can pay for:

• Utilities: HOA/Housing Association services, cold and hot water, electricity, heating, wastewater management, gas supply, garbage collection, major repairs, security, parking, intercom, and more;
• Education services: kindergartens, schools, meals, sports clubs, music schools, colleges, universities;
• Transport cards: ЕКАРТА (Ekaterinburg), Strizh (Izhevsk), Karta 51 (Murmansk);
• Traffic fines;
• Communication services: mobile operators, internet, cable TV, telephone;
• Home insurance: OSAGO policy, mortgage insurance.

With our app you can:

• Pay for utilities and any other services remotely;
• View and save electronic receipts after making a payment;
• Submit meter readings;
• Track utility bills for one or multiple addresses;
• Receive electronic receipts for utilities;
• Receive notifications about new utility bills and other services on your phone;
• Select a convenient payment method: bank card, online banking, or autopay.

To start using the app, simply register with your mobile phone number or use your account credentials from the frisbi24.ru website.

KVARTPLATA

To pay for utilities, select the organization in the search bar and enter the account number, or scan the QR code on the receipt. Add payments to your personal account in the "My Payments" section and track utility bills for multiple addresses. All payments can be made simultaneously by selecting the desired services to pay for.

METER READINGS

For convenience in submitting meter readings, you can enable the flashlight. The easiest way to enter meter readings is by taking a photo of the meter using our Smart Reader neural network. We will notify you 3 months before the expiration date of your meter verification.

ЕКАРТА

In the app, you can save an unlimited number of transport cards, add comments to each card for convenience, and set up push notifications for balance top-ups on a specific day of the month, when the balance is minimal, or when the remaining trips are low.

Top up your ЕКАРТА card conveniently:

• With deferred trips loading onto the card: after payment, activate the balance during a trip on public transport;
• Using NFC technology: topping up takes about 1 minute, making life much easier. Now you don't have to stand in queues at the ticket office or activate the payment in transport after deferred online ЕКАРТА top-up.

To top up your ЕКАРТА card using NFC technology:

1. Go to the "Transport Cards" section and add your ЕКАРТА or select from previously added cards;
2. Tap on "Instant NFC Top-up" and follow the prompts on your smartphone screen: place your transport card near the NFC antenna of your smartphone and do not remove it until the reading is complete. After that, a screen with details about the card will appear;
3. Make a payment for the desired amount using one of the offered methods;
4. After a successful payment, select "Go to Record" on the screen. If the payment has not yet been processed on the ЕКАРТА server, wait for the payment to load, as indicated by a service message on the app screen;
5. Next, place and do not remove your ЕКАРТА until the top-up is complete. Done, the data is recorded on your ЕКАРТА. The balance in your Frisbi account will be updated within an hour, and you can start using the card right away!

In addition to ЕКАРТА, deferred trips loading is available for Strizh (Izhevsk) and Karta 51 (Murmansk) transport cards.
