Simply scan the QR code or enter the purchase code provided by the seller, authorize the payment with your 5-digit PIN, and you're done. For Webpay, select Onepay and follow the same steps.

Where can I use Onepay to make payments?

Use Onepay to pay at stores with Transbank's QR Collection, as well as at any ecommerce site or website that accepts Webpay. In both cases, you'll need to scan the QR code or enter the purchase code displayed below the QR code, whether on the seller's phone or on a computer screen.

Can I add and pay with all my cards in Onepay?

Add and pay with Onepay using credit cards from the country's major banks: Visa, Mastercard, Magna, American Express, and Diners. You can also use Redcompra debit cards and prepaid cards from most national banks.

If you have difficulties adding a credit, debit, or prepaid card, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer.

What happens to the cards I added in Onepay if I lose my phone?

You don't need to worry because all your card data in Onepay is stored in Transbank's systems. If you encounter any issues and lose (or have your phone stolen), you can remove it from your list of authorized devices by logging into your Onepay account from another trusted device.

Why does Onepay request permission to access the camera?

Your phone's camera allows you to scan the QR code when paying with Onepay on your computer or at stores that accept QR Collection. If you prefer, you can skip this permission and manually enter the purchase code displayed below the QR code.

Is there an additional fee for using the Onepay application?

Using Onepay is completely free, including saving your cards and making online or in-person payments. Please note that when adding a new credit or debit card, a charge of $50 will be applied to verify its activation status, which will be automatically refunded.

How secure is Onepay?
