FIN - App กองทุนรวม MutualFund 4.0.20

FIN is a tool for recording and analyzing investment data in mutual funds based on real mutual fund data (not an app for sending mutual fund trading orders, everything is in simulation based on the data entered by the user into FIN). It was created to solve long-standing problems for mutual fund investors. The latest version has five main capabilities:

1. Fund Ranking: by type of mutual fund (LTF, RMF, SSF, Thai stocks, foreign investment funds, others) and time elapsed. It updates NAV values instantaneously every evening during business days starting from 6:00 pm, allows sorting NAV Performance, selecting specific financial institutions, and following dividend payment policies.
2. Consolidate Portfolio: users can track the prices of various invested funds in one place, supporting all financial institutions, providing instant profit/loss updates based on changes in portfolio value on the same day. It also offers various graph formats for quick and meaningful information communication.
3. Fund Profile: detailed view of past performance, asset composition, NAV price history up to 10 years back, historical dividend payouts in graph and table formats, and other environmental factors like fees and management costs.
4. Analytics: innovative comparison tool for fund performance with immediate graphical insights. It can rank funds in the watchlist by different time frames. Additionally, it displays top Thai stocks held by mutual funds and other functionalities.
5. Asset Planning: a new feature enabling users to overview all their assets for investment management planning from various angles like allocation and performance. Users can create Virtual Portfolio, merge assets from Multiple Portfolios into one, defining segments freely as needed.

Furthermore, FIN incorporates iOS Push Notification to deliver real-time updates on Fund Profile data changes or NAV value alterations of saved funds.

Currently, FIN offers two service formats: Free Services and Premium Services.

Free Services:

• Unlimited use of Fund Ranking and simultaneous registration on multiple devices.
• Basic mode access to Portfolio and/or Watch List limited to a maximum of 4 days per month.
• Cannot use any Analytics tools beyond Watch List and advanced features such as NAV Price Alert and Scheduled Transaction.

Premium Services:

• Full access to all FIN App capabilities without any limitations within the app.
• Auto-renewable subscription service with options for 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year durations chosen by the user upon registration.
• Subscription starts upon user confirmation through payment processing by Apple via the App Store following the user's iTunes Account.
• Auto-renewal of Subscription for the next cycle can be managed by the user in iTunes Account Settings. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the expiration date.
