EVNHANOI is a free mobile application developed by the Hanoi Power Corporation. The app provides customers with fast and accurate information on electricity services. Upon installation, users can benefit from:

• View and receive notifications regarding electricity meter readings, electricity bills, payment status, quick search of electricity bills and consumption meter readings for each specific day and month.
• View and receive notifications of power outage schedules and electricity meter reading schedules from the Hanoi Power Corporation.
• Customers can pay electricity bills online and download e-bills.
• Customers can submit requests and track the progress of electricity services directly on the app such as reporting electrical issues, requesting new power connections, managing electricity contracts (signing, amending, adding information, etc.), and metering device services (inspection, verification).

The EVNHANOI app not only helps customers monitor their electricity consumption but also allows them to estimate monthly usage through the features "Estimate the energy consumption of devices" and "Bill calculation tool". Users can estimate how much electricity their family will use each month based on inputting information about the quantity, type, frequency of use of electrical devices in the household and cross-checking the household's electricity bill accuracy against the calculation.
