As of September 17, 2019, the service name 'Plus Friend' has been changed to 'KakaoTalk Channel'. The purpose of this name change is to transform the service from being perceived as a communication tool centered around 'friends' to a more professional business platform and a comprehensive connection channel between users and businesses.

KakaoTalk Channel allows anyone to create a channel for free. Through the administrator app, you can easily decorate your channel home and engage in real-time 1:1 chat.

Main features:

1. Channel Home - Deliver brand news through the channel home and add various buttons such as website visit, app usage, and video viewing.
2. Messages - Send real-time notifications, announcements, events, and discount coupons via KakaoTalk's default text messages. You can also view detailed information and statistics of sent messages in the admin center.
3. Posts - Create various types of posts including photos and links. It provides immediate publishing as well as reservation publishing and temporary storage.
4. 1:1 Chat - If you need communication with friends, try using the 1:1 chat function. You can specify separate days and time frames for chatting if 24/7 real-time response is not possible.
5. Management - Receive real-time notifications for all activities happening in your channel. Invite co-administrators and view the entire history of administrators. Check the cache depletion details used when sending messages.
6. Statistics - View statistical data related to channel home, posts, number of friends, and messages for the past three months.
