Why our store is successful, Zero Pay

To check your store's payment history, the Zero Pay merchant app needs to be installed.

• 'Payment Complete PUSH' - It immediately notifies you of payments made by customers, including both recent transactions and cancellations. You can access this feature by clicking the notification icon on the top right.
• 'Payment History for Merchants and Employees' - You can easily view all payment records for your businesses registered as Zero Pay merchants. From daily transaction records to cancellations, everything can be viewed by clicking on 'Payment History' at the bottom.
• 'Revenue Management' - Instead of searching through your bank statements, you can conveniently view and analyze your Zero Pay settlement records with the app. Simply click on 'Settlement History' at the bottom to access this feature.
• 'Merchant Tips' - Zero Pay provides essential information for small business owners. From government support policies that assist with running your business to tips for solving common business problems, you can find everything you need in this section. Click on 'Merchant Tips' to explore more.
• 'Easy Bookkeeping Service' - You can manage all types of payments, including credit cards, Zero Pay, delivery apps, and cash receipts, all in one place. Receive instant notifications for funds received or cancelled payments. From analyzing graphs to calculating profits and customer analysis, everything is made simple with this feature. Click on 'Bookkeeping' at the bottom for easy access.
• 'Delivery Service' - As a Zero Pay merchant, you can easily book a delivery service through the app. No need to visit the post office yourself; a courier will come directly to your specified location. You can also track the status of your deliveries within the app. Access this feature by clicking on 'Delivery' at the bottom.
• 'Job Placement Service' - By using the Zero Pay merchant app, you can find part-time employees in your area quickly and accurately. You can post clear and concise job advertisements and communicate with potential hires through the app's chat and call functions. Click on 'Job Placement' to learn more.
• 'Display QR Code' - Both you and your employees can display your merchant QR code on your phones, allowing customers to make payments easily. You can even generate disposable QR codes for specific payment amounts. Click on 'Display QR Code' to access this feature quickly.
• 'Apply for QR Code' - If a customer asks if you accept Zero Pay, you can obtain additional QR code kits to display prominently in your store, ensuring that it is visible to customers. You can also allow customers to place orders in advance before they visit your store. Simply click on 'Apply for QR Code'.
• 'Employee Management' - Grant your employees access to the merchant app so that they can keep track of customer payments in real time. This feature also allows you to easily register new employees when there are personnel changes. Click on 'Employee Management' to utilize this feature.
