Founded in June 2016 by alumni from prestigious institutions such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, Renmin University, and Stanford, Zhiwen has positioned itself as a platform dedicated to the career development of young professionals in China. The team boasts impressive professional backgrounds, with experiences drawn from well-known companies including Deloitte, Fangda Partners, Mars, LinkedIn, Uber, and EF Education First.

Zhiwen focuses on providing a comprehensive suite of services that includes career information, skills training, and job-seeking guidance, striving to become China's most valuable career development platform that fundamentally transforms the career trajectories of young individuals. To date, Zhiwen has successfully completed its Series A funding round, with previous investors including Zhaopin, Hanergy Venture Capital, and Zehou Capital.

Under its new media division, Zhiwen New Media has already assisted over 1 million professionals with career information. Its skills training products have attracted 50,000 paying users, and its job-seeking services have facilitated successful placements for learners in prestigious companies such as Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Procter & Gamble, Deloitte, and King & Wood Mallesons.
