Fees and Risks related to Investment Entrustment Service THEO

The investment trust operation service THEO ("THEO") is provided through an investment trust agreement with us. Customers are required to open a securities account in their name at a financial institution affiliated with Money Design.
The service fee for investment trust operation under the investment trust contract is calculated by multiplying up to 1.10% (including tax annually) by the converted yen balance of managed assets. Handling fees for purchase and sale of constituent ETFs as well as exchange fees and other costs will be borne by us. Please inquire at the respective companies about management fees for the securities accounts that will be used in THEO operations (accounts in the name of customers opened at financial institutions affiliated with Money Design). THEO mainly includes foreign-listed exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in its holdings portfolio. In addition to price fluctuation risk and credit risk of constituent ETFs, there are risks such as exchange rate risk and risks related to handling financial institutions. Losses due to market price declines of constituent ETFs or exchange rate fluctuations may result in erosion of invested capital, hence investment principal is not guaranteed. Before entering into a contract, please carefully read delivery documents provided prior to contract conclusion and contract terms.
