Inspired by the enduring 'grid-filling game,' we have incorporated it into our app. Of course, you don't need to fill in the squares yourself; we will extract your recent sleep data and present the final stay-up squares to you. When staying up significantly, the heatmap squares gradually turn red, reminding you to pay attention to your bedtime. As you gradually avoid staying up late, you'll notice the squares all changing to green, encouraging you to keep it up and sleep earlier. Don't like red or green? No problem—you can customize the colors of all squares, picking your favorite one as the color for early sleep!
Moreover, we have added various styles of 'Visual Stay-Up Images and Tables' in StaySleep, allowing you to freely choose components that best represent your previous staying-up instances from different perspectives and methods or add them as 'Desktop and Lock Screen Widgets,' keeping track of your sleep at all times.
Recognizing that sleep quality and physical indicators are equally important for reference, we have prepared the 'Sleep Analysis' feature for you. In this section, you can view indicators such as deep sleep duration, heart rate, blood oxygen, respiration, etc., providing you with a clear picture of your physical condition.
Do not own an Apple Watch? Not a problem! Compared to other sleep monitoring tools, StaySleep supports more ways of recording. For those using other watches or wristbands, we offer a 'Multiple Data Sources' mode covering most smart wristbands on the market. If you only have an iPhone—no worries! StaySleep comes with a 'Sleep Timer' and 'Quick Sleep Record' built-in. Just click before going to bed and after waking up; your stay-up information will be readily available to you.
Furthermore, we support 'Stay-Up and Sleep Quality Notifications,' which will alert you only when absolutely necessary. With StaySleep by your side, every sunny morning and starry night will be accompanied by our service.

Subscription Information:
- Upon confirmation of purchase and payment, subscriptions will automatically renew through your iTunes account. Apple iTunes accounts will be charged within 24 hours before the expiration date; fees will be deducted upon successful renewal for another subscription period. To cancel renewal, manually disable auto-renewal in iTunes/Apple ID settings management at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. During the trial period, failure to cancel subscriptions in iTunes accounts will result in automatic activation and billing at the end of the trial period; any unused trial duration becomes void after purchasing a subscription.
