This review aims to outline the comprehensive services offered by the Academic Information Center.

• Information Center Guidance: The center provides detailed information including operating hours, facility details, service-specific instructions, subject librarian contact information, seating availability, directions to the location, and notification services via iBeacon technology. Users are encouraged to enable location permissions for optimal use of the iBeacon notification service.
• Announcements: A dedicated service for providing important announcements related to the Academic Information Center is available.
• Book Request Service: Users can access their application history and submit book requests directly through this service.
• My Library: This feature allows users to check loan statuses and receive personal notifications.
• Electronic Resources: The center offers access to databases, electronic journals, E-books, and E-learning services.
• Library Utilization Education: Users can find information about educational programs conducted by the library.
• Library Schedule: A service that provides details regarding the library's schedule is available.
• Mobile Seating Assignment: Users can check seat assignment availability at both the Central and Samsung Academic Information Centers via mobile service.
• Web Guide Book: Comprehensive guidebooks for both the Central and Samsung Academic Information Centers are offered as part of the service.
