   A: This figure represents the time taken for crossing when vehicle flow does not cause a reduction in speed—essentially, it indicates a congestion-free crossing scenario.
3. Q: Why are the cameras not showing real-time footage?
   A: Unfortunately, we do not have access to real-time camera feeds. However, the images provided are typically updated every 5 minutes.
