This application is designed to assist citizens and residents in Qatar in easily accessing the services provided by the Ministry of Municipality using their iPhones. The app includes a range of services that can be utilized:

1. Pest and rodent control service
2. Tree trimming and pruning service
3. Sewage cleaning service
4. Rainwater drainage service
5. Abandoned vehicle removal service
6. Worker housing complaints
7. Request for agricultural seedlings

In addition, the app also provides access to the following inquiries:

1. Registration with the Engineers Committee
2. Building permits
3. Issuance of building completion certificates
4. Personal violations
5. Benefit certificate - owner
6. Benefit certificate - user
7. Session inquiries
8. Cheque inquiries
9. Deposit inquiries
10. Property expropriation inquiries
11. Land allocation requests

Users are also able to submit complaints and can include photos, videos, or voice recordings to accompany their reports. For example, users can report issues such as road problems, abandoned cars, fallen trees due to strong winds, and more.
