Permission Information

To use the convenient MY Cardif services, the following permissions are required:

• Storage access: Used for public certificate login, public certificate transfer (read, copy), etc.
• Camera, photo album: Used to take photos and upload documents when claiming insurance benefits and accident insurance claims.
• Phone: Used to verify the mobile phone status when registering and using bio-authentication (including PIN and pattern).

* Permission is necessary to use the corresponding functions. If not allowed, there may be limitations on using those functions.

* You can change permissions in Settings > Application Management > MY Cardif > App Permissions > Storage, Photos, Camera Settings.

* The method to change permissions may vary depending on your mobile device.
