If you are having trouble downloading the app or if it is stuck during the installation, please follow the steps below and try again:
- For Android smartphones:
- Check if your network connection (Wi-Fi and data) is stable.
- Delete the cache and data of the Google Play Store app installed on your smartphone. (Go to Settings > Applications > Google Play Store > App Info > Storage > Clear Cache, Clear Data)
- Check for any updates in progress on the Google Play Store. (Go to your Google Play Store account photo > App and Device Management > If there are apps being updated, either complete the updates or disable automatic updates and try again)
- Check the storage capacity of your smartphone and delete any unnecessary apps or data.
- Reboot your smartphone.
- Uninstall and reinstall the Google Play Store app.

The Hanwha General Insurance mobile app brings you closer to your customers without the need for a visit to the branch office. It allows you to manage and make changes to your contracts, file accident claims, and apply for loans, among other services, all through your mobile device.
Usage guidelines:
- You can easily log in with fingerprint or simple password settings.
- You can also log in with your phone, Kakao Pay authentication, joint certification (formerly public certification), or financial certification.
Main services:
- My: Personalized service guide for each insurance contract
- Contract Management: Inquiry on insurance contracts, counseling applications through self-assessment, premium payments, various refund inquiries/applications, certificate issuance applications, etc.
- Contract Modifications: Customer information changes, automatic payment request, registration of child for prenatal insurance, change of refund account, change of policyholder/beneficiary
- Accident Claims: Application and results inquiry for long-term insurance claims, necessary document guidance, etc.
- Loans: Loan status inquiry, inquiry and application for insurance contract loan eligibility, repayment of insurance contract loan/credit loan
- Insurance Products: Mobile instant insurance (direct), auto insurance, driver's insurance, health/comprehensive insurance, family insurance, fire/property insurance, pension/savings insurance
- Customer Lounge: Notices, frequently asked questions, branch/compensation center finder, necessary document downloads
*Car insurance features are available in the Smart ChaDori app starting from version 1.86.

- Optimized for Samsung and LG smartphones (not compatible with tablets)
Required permissions:
- Essential permissions:
- Files and Media: Access permission to save and retrieve photos taken by the app, copy and retrieve joint certification
- Phone: Access permission for phone status and ID verification, connection to customer service center/contract manager/claims manager/li>
*Essential permissions are necessary for smooth service provision. If these permissions are not allowed, the app may not work properly.
- Optional permissions:
- Camera: Access permission to take evidence photos for insurance claims
- Location: Access permission to find the nearest customer service center
*You can use the services that do not require optional permissions even if you do not allow them. For services that require optional permissions, you can allow them separately when accessing the respective service screen. If you do not allow them, some functions may be limited.
*Android 6.0 or later allows individual permission settings. We recommend upgrading your OS if possible.
Security:
In order to ensure your safe financial transactions, this application cannot be used on a tampered or rooted smartphone. (Please use after resetting your phone at the manufacturer's A/S center.)
Visual ARS Service:
When you initially install the app, you will be shown informational or profit-oriented mobile contents provided by the person you are talking to on the call, such as visual IVR, incoming call screen, and call purpose at the end. (Service Provider: Call Gate Co., Ltd., contact them at 080-135-1136 if you wish to refuse the service.)
