The services provided by the Insurance Training Institute are available on smart devices, allowing users to access them freely. The main menu includes My Classroom, Education, Qualification Exams, Textbook Sales, Course Information, Customer Support, and Institute Introduction.

Main Features:

• My Classroom: Users can access and track their completed online courses, view progress, and check learning history.
• Education: Detailed information about all education programs offered by the institute, including online courses, in-person training, blended learning, and real-time live courses.
• Qualification Exams: Provides detailed information about all qualification exams conducted by the Insurance Training Institute (Insurance Agency, Insurance Examiner, Insurance Investigator/Analyst, Insurance Contract Management Officer, Retirement Pension Qualification), as well as features for exam registration and results inquiry.
• Textbook Sales: Allows users to purchase and order textbooks sold by the Insurance Training Institute.
• Customer Support: Users can check announcements, access 1:1 counseling, and utilize the Q&A feature.
• Institute Introduction: Provides detailed information about the Insurance Training Institute, including an introduction, history, organization, and membership status.
• Other Features: Provides membership-related functions (such as registration and account retrieval) and a search function.

Please Note:

• Mobile support is only available for courses in progress at the Insurance Training Institute.
• The previously offered download learning service has been discontinued.
