Application Usage Overview

Main Screen

The application provides a user-friendly menu for viewing and aggregating unverified sales and purchase tax invoices, allowing users to easily monitor their tax invoice status. Additionally, users can access announcements from Bill36524 and configure application settings.

Inquiry Menu (Sales/Purchases)

• Sales Inquiry: This feature enables users to check and manage sales tax invoices issued from their smartphones or tablet PCs, as well as those generated on PCs using the DooZone Bill36524 platform.
• Purchase Inquiry: Purchasers can view purchase tax invoices on their smartphones or tablet PCs that have been issued by suppliers on PCs utilizing DooZone Bill36524, ensuring consistency with the invoicing site.

Issuance Menu

Users can issue electronic tax invoices without the need to re-enter client information, as it is conveniently loaded from the client data stored on PC (DooZone Bill36524).

Aggregate by Client

This feature allows users to review the total sales and purchase amounts for each client based on tax invoices issued through DooZone Bill36524 over specified time periods.

Required Access Rights:

• Contacts: Necessary for accessing information about responsible persons.

Please note that consent for optional access rights is not mandatory to utilize the service. Since the method of consent has significantly changed starting from Android version 6.0, it is recommended to verify whether your smartphone's operating system can be updated to Android 6.0 or higher using the software update feature. Even after upgrading to Android 6.0 or above, previously granted access rights will not change. To reset these rights, it is necessary to uninstall and then reinstall the application.
