Additionally, it provides hyperlinks to judicial commentary on verdicts, sentences, and judgments across numerous court cases.

It is important to note that this mobile application is not officially published by the Government of the HKSAR. The legislative information integrated within the app is aggregated from the Hong Kong e-Legislation (HKeL), which is maintained by the Department of Justice of Hong Kong. Access to court case information is facilitated through the Legal Reference System provided by the Judiciary of Hong Kong and necessitates an internet connection. Both HKeL and the Legal Reference System are freely accessible at https://www.elegislation.gov.hk/ and https://legalref.judiciary.hk/ respectively.

The app offers a free edition, Basic Law HK, providing users with a preview of the full Legislation HK platform. The application’s speech synthesis feature utilizes Apple’s technology for verbalization; however, the textual representation remains authoritative.
