The integration of a smartphone equipped with NFC capability and this application enables users to electronically apply for a "Certificate of Driving History" at the Automobile Safety Driving Center.

Compatible Smartphones
A smartphone with built-in NFC functionality that can read the information contained within an IC card driver's license. (Note 1)

Required Information for Application via this App
- The PIN registered at the time of driver's license issuance (Note 2)
- Proof of residence at the address listed on the driver's license (Note 3)
- An email address accessible from your smartphone (Note 4)

Application Process
Follow the on-screen instructions provided by the app, enter the necessary information, and complete the application registration. After successful registration, guidance on payment methods for the application fee will be provided. The application process will be finalized upon completion of the payment.

Types of Certificates Available
There are four types of certificates that can be applied for electronically using this app:
- Certificate of No Accidents or Violations
- Driving Record Certificate
- Cumulative Points Certificate
- Driving License History Certificate

SD Card
The SD card symbolizes pride and awareness of being a Safe Driver and provides discounts at SD preferential stores, including restaurants, roadside stations, and expressway service areas. Individuals who apply for a Certificate of No Accidents or Violations or a Driving Record Certificate and have no accident or violation history for more than a year prior to the certificate issue date will receive an SD card accompanying their certificate.

(Note 1)
Ensure the smartphone has a logo indicating the NFC reading position on its back. Some models may function without this logo, so verify compatibility through official manufacturer websites.

(Note 2)
The PIN consists of four digits registered by you at the time of issuance, renewal, or reissuance of your driver's license. PIN 1 is used to read your name, date of birth, address, driver's license number, and public safety commission name from the IC card driver's license, which are automatically input into the application.

Be cautious; entering PIN 1 incorrectly three times in succession will lock the IC chip. The inquiry or unlocking process for the PIN can only be conducted by you at the driving license center or police station. For further details, please contact your local police station.

(Note 3)
To confirm that the application is submitted by you personally, certificates will only be sent to the address listed on your driver's license. Be advised that if your current address differs from that on your license, you will not be able to submit an application through this app.
