The official Yakitateno Karubi app offers an array of features that enhance the overall dining experience. Users can access valuable coupons, utilize mobile ordering capabilities, and enjoy convenient delivery services, all while staying informed with the latest promotions tailored for fans of freshly grilled Karubi.

Initial Download Incentive
Upon downloading the Yakitateno Karubi app for the first time, users receive one initial stamp as a welcome bonus. Please note that this promotional content may change without prior notice as of March 1, 2025.

Stamps
For every eligible product purchased, users earn one stamp. Accumulating ten stamps grants a 300 yen discount coupon. This coupon is automatically delivered to the coupon page once ten stamps are collected. Stamps will be credited the day after the transaction and can be accrued up to twice daily. Be aware that stamps expire one year from the last visit date and will automatically disappear after that period. The validity of coupons earned through stamp collection is 90 days. As of March 1, 2025, promotional contents may vary without notice.

Mobile Ordering
By registering as an app member, users can conveniently place mobile orders. Upon first accessing the app, users must provide a reading name in Hiragana. Enabling location services allows users to view nearby establishments. Availability for pickup locations and times (currently limited to same-day pickups) should be verified before placing an order, which is available for takeout only.

Customers should tap on their selected products, add them to the cart, confirm selections by tapping "View Cart," and finalize the pickup time. If applicable, users will be redirected to apply any available coupons. Payment options include credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club) or PayPay. Credit card information will be retained for future ease of ordering.

Changes to the order can be made up until 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time via the order history in My Page. Following a purchase, users earn a stamp for each eligible item bought. Orders can be reviewed under "Menu" → "My Page" → "Order History." If changes need to be made post-payment, cancel the initial order first.

Coupons
Various beneficial coupons are available for return visits and campaigns. Users are encouraged to invite friends; upon successful registration of their invitee, both parties receive a 30 yen discount coupon. Furthermore, registering one's birthday qualifies for a 150 yen discount coupon. Note that all coupons come with expiration dates as of March 1, 2025; details may vary without prior notice.

Membership Registration
Registration can be done through LINE ID or an email address. Password resets are possible through the designated link for forgotten passwords. Ensure that emails from [email protected] are permitted in your email settings.
