The "Yokohama Bank Account Opening App" allows individuals living or working near Yokohama Bank's main branch, aged 15 years and above, who have a driver's license or My Number card but do not already have a regular deposit account with Yokohama Bank, to apply for web account opening without the need to visit in person. Simply take a photo of the required identification documents (driver's license or My Number card) and the customer's face, and send them along with the necessary information.

**Eligibility**

• Individuals residing or employed near Yokohama Bank's main branch.
• Individuals aged 15 years and above with a driver's license or My Number card who do not have a regular deposit account with Yokohama Bank.

*Applications for trade purposes or under business names will not be accepted.*

*Foreign nationals are not eligible.*

*Expired identification documents, incomplete address/name change procedures, and driver's licenses/My Number cards that are invalid for identification purposes will not be accepted.*

*Applications under common names will not be accepted.*

*The bank reserves the right to refuse account opening at its discretion.*

**Preferred Branch for Account Opening**

The available branches for opening an account will be those located near the customer's residential or work address. If there are no nearby branches near your residence or workplace, you will not be able to use this service.

**Application Details**

This service allows applications for regular deposits. Regular deposits include web-based accounts (passbook-less accounts) and accounts without a registered seal.

**How to Use**

1. Install the app
2. Take a photo of the required identification documents (driver's license or My Number card) and a selfie
3. Enter and send customer information
4. After submitting your application, your account will be opened as soon as the next business day, with your account number sent via email. Additionally, you will receive your cash card within approximately 1-2 weeks.
