The Tokyo Star Bank provides the Tokyo Star Direct, an official one-time password application aimed at individual customers utilizing internet banking.

A one-time password is a unique code valid for a single transaction within Tokyo Star Direct. This application displays the one-time password on the customer's smartphone each time, enhancing the security and safety of important transactions such as fund transfers or changes to ATM withdrawal limits.

Eligibility for Application Use
This application is available exclusively for customers with a Star One account or a regular savings account using Tokyo Star Direct.

Customers without an account at the bank or those using Tokyo Star Direct with accounts other than Star One will not have access to this application.

Registration Procedure
After launching the application, please follow the steps below to register your Star One account:
1. Tap the [Settings] button located at the top right of the screen.
2. On the "Account Registration" screen, enter your Tokyo Star Direct login ID and password, then tap [Start Authentication].
3. Select and confirm the phone number used for identity verification and tap the button for confirmation method.
4. In the "PIN Authentication" screen, enter the four-digit PIN from your cash card and tap [Check Authentication Result].
5. Finally, on the "Authentication Complete" screen, tap the [Finish] button to display your one-time password.

How to Use
During important transactions in Tokyo Star Direct, a field for entering the one-time password will appear on the screen. Launch the one-time password application and input the displayed six-digit number.
