1. Purpose
   The "Handyman on Demand" application is designed to save you time in connecting with Clients and Professionals. Within the app, you'll find various service categories:
   • Electrician
   • Plumber
   • Cleaning Services
   • Carpentry
   • Freight Transportation
   • Movers
   • Repair of TVs, PCs, and other equipment
   • Auto Service
   • Site Worker
   • Other Services
2. Description
   The application is available in all cities across Russia. You can select your city from the TOP list by clicking the relevant icon or manually entering your city. The TOP city list continually expands based on geography and user registrations. For Clients, the process is straightforward:
   1. Register within the app.
   2. Select the required service.
   3. Create an order for a specific Professional from the list or for all active Professionals in your city by specifying: where? what? when?
   Your request will reach a Professional within moments. All that remains is to wait for their call to discuss the details. All transactions are handled directly between the Client and the Professional, with no fees within the app. Do not forget to rate the Professional’s work; your feedback aids other Clients in decision-making and helps Professionals enhance their services. To begin accepting orders, Professionals must create a profile that includes:
   • Name and photo of themselves and their work.
   • Description and pricing of their services.
   New Professionals are granted a 3-month grace period of service. After this period, their grace period will automatically extend by 30 days each time until the first order is received. Upon receiving the first order, they will be offered a PRO-status option, which entails maintaining their profile while continuing to use the app for free.
3. How It Works
   Clients select a desired service within the app and create either a Personal or General order. A Personal order is directed to a specific Professional. If a Professional does not accept the order within 20 minutes, Clients can convert it into a General order for all Professionals in their city. Upon receiving an order, Professionals will be notified via pop-up or SMS. The order will contain essential details provided by the Client along with a "Call Client" button. It’s critical that Professionals take all orders and notifications seriously. If unable to fulfill an order at a designated time, they should negotiate a reschedule or explain to the Client why they cannot proceed. Leaving a positive impression increases the likelihood of receiving favorable reviews. Clients reserve the right to leave negative feedback if there is no communication within 12 hours of receiving an SMS notification or 6 hours after order creation in the app, potentially affecting overall ratings. Additionally, both Clients and Professionals have the option to switch profiles through the "Change Profile" button; however, be mindful that while in one profile, messages/notifications/orders intended for another profile will not be received. Thus, it’s essential to return to the appropriate profile before closing the app.
4. Important!
   If you do not access the application for six consecutive months, it will be deemed as inactive, leading to loss of your data without notification!
