The application collaborates with housing and communal services providers: property management companies, housing cooperatives, housing associations, and managing organizations.

WHAT THE APPLICATION CAN DO:

• Access to the personal account of a housing and communal services consumer with the following features:
• View charges for the entire period under the current housing and communal services provider.
• View the current utility and capital repair bill with itemized breakdown of calculations.
• Payment of utility bills and for capital repairs directly from the housing and communal services personal account.
• Submission of meter readings and view of previous readings from the housing and communal services personal account.
• Creation of a request for a pass for a vehicle or pedestrian guest to enter the territory.
• View information about your property management company, housing cooperative: address, phone, banking details for payment.
• Access to news in the housing and communal services sector and property management news.
• Creation of a new request to the Housing and Communal Services Dispatch Service, cancellation of a previously submitted request, and acceptance of work on a completed request. View history and statuses of previously created requests.
• Sending inquiries to housing and communal services providers: property management companies, housing cooperatives, housing associations, managing organizations with the ability to attach photos.
• View surveillance camera footage installed on the premises.
• Receive push notifications about important events.

Support for multiple accounts: you will see data for each account separately in your housing and communal services personal account!

HOW TO LOG INTO YOUR PERSONAL HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES ACCOUNT:

By default, the application only provides access to a demo version of the personal account. To log into your personal account as a resident, your property management company or housing cooperative must integrate with this mobile application. Then you should be provided with an access code to your personal account from your housing cooperative or property management company.

Your property management company can also enable authorization via your account number, in which case an access code will not be necessary.

If your property management company or housing cooperative has not yet integrated data into this mobile application, contact them and inform them about this possibility.

HOW IT WORKS:

The data you enter (meter readings) are sent directly to the property management company or housing cooperative. Thus, the property management company or housing cooperative will always carry out calculations based on up-to-date data only. The calculated data in the form of an invoice and charges are transmitted to the mobile application. The property management company decides after which date the calculations are ready and can be shown to you. You can then proceed to pay them directly in the mobile application. The payment will also be sent directly to the property management company. The payable amount will be adjusted not immediately but after receiving payment by the property management company. Requests you create for passes will be displayed on the Housing and Communal Services website and available to security personnel, while requests for additional work/services will be shown in your personal account on the website and will be forwarded to the property management company.

Information for housing cooperatives and property management companies:
The support for interaction with the Housing and Communal Services Personal Account has been implemented with 1C: Accounting configuration in property management companies, housing cooperatives, and housing associations.

"SERVICE PAYMENT" MODE:

Payment for utilities (water, gas, electricity, heating, major repairs, intercom) directly to service providers. Payment in this mode is made without authorization using your account number. You can find the required service provider by selecting the region and type of utility service. Payments can be made with any Visa or Mastercard from any Russian bank.
