Information on Total Loan Costs and Example Calculation:

• Minimum annual interest rate: 10%.
• Maximum annual interest rate: 365%.
• The interest and penalties accrued under the consumer loan agreement cannot exceed double the loan amount.

Conditions for Obtaining a Loan:

• The minimum repayment term is 92 days.
• The maximum repayment term is 365 days.
• The maximum annual percentage rate (APR), including the interest and all other fees, is capped at 32%, with a minimum of 1%.
• The daily interest rate ranges from a minimum of 0.01% to a maximum of 1%.
• The penalty for late payment is set at 0.1% of the overdue amount per day, not exceeding 10% of the loan amount.
• No additional fees or charges apply.
• If payments are significantly delayed, information may be reported to credit bureaus (BCI).
• Loan extensions are possible with timely notification to the lender and payment of due interest; no additional fees for extension are prescribed.

Example Interest Rate Calculation:

• Loan principal amount: 20,000 tenge.
• Loan term: 100 days.
• Daily usage fee: 0.08%, equivalent to 16 tenge per day or approximately 2.4% per month (averaged over 30 days), totaling around 480 tenge per month (averaged over 30 days).
• Total fee over 100 days: 1,600 tenge.
• Total amount to be repaid, including the principal: 21,600 tenge.
• The effective annual percentage rate (APR) for this loan is calculated as 29.2%.
