Access to the 4,000 Vélo’v bikes and 348 stations! Explore a new bike-sharing experience and enjoy the freedom it offers!

Biking has never been more convenient. Simply open the app, activate geolocation services, and locate the nearest station with available bikes. Once at the station, select "release a Vélo’v" and pick your bike.

After your ride, you'll receive a notification on your mobile confirming the successful return of your bike. You may also be invited to share your experience with the Vélo’v user community.

Whether for a year, a day, or a single trip, choose the plan that best suits your needs. The app presents various plan options, with the first 30 minutes of each trip always being complimentary. Credit card payments are securely processed.

One plan, multiple users. You can borrow up to 5 Vélo’v bikes simultaneously and invite friends to explore the service through our app. Regardless of whether you have an annual Vélo’v plan, you can purchase up to 5 short-term plans in a single transaction.

Participate in the service and its improvement by evaluating your bike post-ride, reporting any issues to the technical service via the app, or returning your bike to a designated bonus station.
