The Taiwan Working Committee for Certification Authority (TWCA) has introduced a third-party electronic insurance policy validation service, known as ISAV (InSurance e-policy Authentication and Validation), in collaboration with several insurance providers. This platform aims to streamline the process of verifying the authenticity and legality of electronic insurance policies.

Usage Instructions:

• Upon receiving an electronic policy sent by our affiliated insurance companies, you can open the file and review the document using this application. Typically, a password provided by the insurance company is required to access the policy.

Upper Function Bar:

• The main window allows navigation between different functions, including Main Window, Validation Results, and Online Validation. You can slide left or right to switch between these views.

Main Window:

• The e-policy cover page displays a policy status indicator at the top. The indicator includes icons representing the insurance provider and TWCA. In case of any error messages, please contact your insurance agency. Clicking on the cover page enables viewing of the detailed policy contents.

Validation Results:

• This section shows the verification outcomes of your e-policy. A legitimate electronic policy should contain three electronic signatures. If any errors are displayed, please consult your insurance agency.

Online Validation:

• To re-verify the integrity of your e-policy at any time, click the upload button located at the top right corner. TWCA will perform an online validation and update the current status accordingly. This service is provided free of charge. If errors are identified, please contact your insurance agency for assistance.
