A comprehensive trip planner that combines the transportation modes operated by the Metro, as well as integrated and feeder routes; checking the balance of the Cívica card with just one click, or knowing the occupancy level of the train cars on our A and B lines thanks to user reports, are some of the new services that come with this application offering our passengers a new digital mobility experience in the mass transit system of the Aburrá Valley.

Its development complements the Citizen Information Center (CIC), a strategy that has become the core communicative axis of the Company to disseminate everything related to the operation of the Metro System, educate, and interact with users and travelers.

The communication actions of the CIC are aligned and reflect Metro's culture; they promote harmonious coexistence, encourage good behavior and solidarity, and embody self-respect and respect for others.

Our new application allows for close and modern interaction between Medellín's Metro and its passengers, aiming to enhance their travel experience, provide timely and effective information, and foster a service culture based on collaborative approaches.
