How to become a babysitter?

Upon registering on Kidsout, candidates fill out a form. An algorithm then assigns candidates either to training or an interview. In both cases, all candidates are screened by a psychologist, and document verification is required. Based on these criteria, we may decline a candidate - meaning that being a Kidsout babysitter is not the right fit for you now, although you are a wonderful person.

We are looking for responsible individuals who can interact well with children and adults, respect others' rules, and boundaries. A pedagogical background or extensive experience with children does not always give an advantage to the babysitter.

Training is paid; the cost depends on the format and region. Kidsout does not profit from training or candidate interviews, but the payment confirms the candidate's seriousness. Babysitters can recoup the training fee within 2-3 days of work. If you do not find orders for yourself, we will refund your training fee.
